I am sooooo excited to share this recipe with you: Creamy and delicious Mac and Cheese, only without the cheese! It's a dairy free, nut free, soy free, and coconut free Mac and Cheese recipe that just hits all the right notes, making a symphony of flavors for your dinner plate.

A bit much? Maybe. But I have to get across somehow exactly how much I love this recipe!
