Published 10 months ago • 1 min read

Hello there!

I hope you had a great weekend and have had an easy Monday so far.

When dealing with a lot of allergies and elimination of whole food groups, it can sometimes be a challenge to make sure that you are getting your macros on a daily/weekly basis. The past few weeks, I've been diving head first into protein and allergy friendly sources.

First up is a look at my picks for the best protein powders out there! I look at dairy free, nut free, coconut free, soy free, egg free, and so many more.

And then, after you have a good protein powder, you need some recipes to use that power! So I am so happy to share these new protein packed recipes with you, including double chocolate protein muffins and a nut butter and banana shake and two types of pancakes!

Finally, we have Prime Day on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I updated the Shop Page with some of my favorite allergy focused purchases filled with products I honestly use and love. Take a peek! It helps the blog grow.

Six blueberry protein muffins in a muffin tray with fresh blueberries. A glass filled with nut butter banana chocolate protein shake with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips on top.
Many chocolate protein muffins on crinkled brown parchment paper. A stack of protein pancakes on a white plate with fresh berries.
A stack of chocolate protein pancakes on a white plate. Many containers of protein powder on the kitchen countertop.
